London Business School is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join Executive Education on a casual, zero-hours contract basis for an agreed period. Working hours will be ad hoc and agreed according to business need, programme requirements and your availability.
This role is central to the successful end-to-end delivery of assigned client programmes and accounts, working closely with Client Directors, Programme Directors and cross-functional teams. You will act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring programmes are delivered to scope, budget, timeline and quality expectations. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage governance, track risks and milestones, oversee budgets and maintain a consistently high-quality client experience throughout the programme lifecycle.

We are looking for an experienced client-facing programme or account manager who can combine strong relationship management, operational delivery and commercial judgement. You will be confident working in a complex, matrixed environment and able to influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
This opportunity would suit someone who is comfortable working on a casual, zero-hours contract and able to provide support on an ad hoc basis, with flexibility to align availability with programme delivery requirements and business priorities.
