Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Mini Bus Driver to help transport children safely between two local schools and our Oak Tree setting for Breakfast Club and After School Club.

This casual role requires reliable, punctual drivers and offers a flexible pattern of 1–2 shifts per month. Shifts run 7:45am–9:15am and 2:45pm–4:15pm, with duties including safe driving of an 8-seat minibus and safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Safeguarding awareness and compliance with transport procedures.
• Valid driving licence and experience with children beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive the 8-seater minibus safely between two schools and the Oak Tree setting.
• Provide morning transport to breakfast club and afternoon transport after school.
• Work split shifts: 7:45am–9:15am and 2:45pm–4:15pm, as required.
• Ensure timely journeys and report vehicle concerns promptly.
• Maintain a calm, friendly, professional manner with children and families.
