Flannels is seeking a Sales Assistant to be the face of luxury retail in Rushden. You’ll warmly welcome customers, understand their needs, and style with intent to create a memorable, polished shopping experience.

From day one you’ll receive a thorough induction, with internal development pathways and progression opportunities as you grow in fashion knowledge, product trends and customer service excellence. You’ll work in a premium environment with training and career growth across brands.

The Role: Sales Assistant
