Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a casual, zero-hour Retail Associate for our Liverpool One Store. You will be part of a team delivering the Lindt Service proposition and exceeding customer expectations daily, while supporting store targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, process transactions at the till, upsell products, assist with sampling, and promote our loyalty program. This role emphasizes teamwork, a can-do attitude, and brand ambassadorship.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Role: Work with team and Management to achieve store targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Delivery / Stock / replenishment: Process deliveries efficiently and keep stockroom organized.
• VM / Gift Specialist: Build gifting to company guidelines and monitor levels of best sellers.
• General: Comply with Health and Safety policies and maintain a presentable, shoppable store.
