Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Group is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant for their Liverpool One store. The role is based in Liverpool and operates on a 0 hours casual contract, offering the chance to be part of a premium chocolate brand known for Lindor and Gold Bunny products.

You will work with the store team to deliver outstanding customer service, process transactions, upsell products, and support stock and merchandising to maintain an inviting shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Flexible with working hours and able to work weekends and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Lindt customers.
• Support store management to achieve retail targets.
• Process transactions efficiently at the till and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with stock replenishment and showroom presentation.
