Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant for our Glasgow store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process till transactions, and upsell products while maintaining an inviting, well-stocked shop floor.

You’ll join a collaborative team focused on the Lindt Service proposition and the brand’s premium experience. Ideal candidates will bring retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Positive can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately at the till.
• Upsell and suggest alternatives to customers.
• Maintain shop floor standards and keep fixtures stocked and presentable.
• Support sampling activities and introduce customers to the loyalty programme.
• Ensure health and safety policy compliance and a safe working environment.
• Contribute to achieving store targets and work collaboratively with the team.
