Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, salads and desserts under the Chef Manager.
• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment; keep surfaces and dining area clean.
• Assist with receipt, checking and storage of food deliveries.
• Adhere to HACCP and food safety regulations to prevent cross-contamination.
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
