Aberlour is seeking individuals to join our relief pool to support children and young people in residential settings across Fife. This casual, hourly paid role covers staff absences and busy periods, with training provided to help you develop in a supportive, caring environment.

Work will take place across four houses in Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, and Glenrothes. We welcome diverse backgrounds and aim to help every child reach their potential through love and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience in child-care is ideal, but transferable skills from other sectors are welcome.
• Casual, hourly paid relief pool to cover staff absence and busy periods.
• Training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Support teams across four residential houses in Fife during absences.
• Provide compassionate care and support to children and young people.
• Attend training and develop skills to meet service needs.
