Aberlour Inverness is seeking a Residential Worker to join our team in Inverness. You will support young people living in a residential house, assisting with education, activities and daily routines to help them flourish.

The role includes working evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers as part of a monthly rota, with training and a strong commitment to safety and wellbeing. Aberlour offers a supportive environment and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or youth work desirable.
• Ability to work with young people who have experienced trauma.

Responsibilities

• Support young people in daily routines and activities within the residential house.
• Work therapeutically to build confidence, self-worth and resilience.
• Assist with college, hobbies and community activities to help each young person reach their goals.
