Job summary

EDT (Engineering Development Trust) is expanding its pool of Casual Programme Workers across the West Midlands to help deliver innovative STEM education programmes, workshops and events for young people aged 9-18. You will support delivery of engaging STEM learning experiences that inspire career pathways.

You will help with logistics, safeguarding and creating a positive, safe learning environment for participants, while promoting participation and welfare across activities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering interactive STEM workshops and educational activities
• Facilitating group discussions and team-based challenges
• Leading and motivating groups of young people in a safe and engaging environment
• Providing pastoral support and promoting positive participation
• Supporting safeguarding, welfare and health & safety requirements
• Assisting with programme logistics, registration and event administration
