Job summary

NT Engineering & Manufacturing is partnering with SmartSTEMs to recruit a Programme Associate in Glasgow. The role supports a growing calendar of events and projects, coordinating logistics and liaising with schools, venues, and industry partners.

You will help with volunteer coordination, monitoring programme impact, and provide administrative support to the Programme team. Hybrid work with two days in the Glasgow office and UK-wide travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting events or education programmes.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with the STEM or third sector.

• Support the planning and delivery of SmartSTEMs events, workshops, and programmes.
• Liaise with schools, universities, venues, and industry partners to coordinate logistics.
• Help with volunteer coordination and communication.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating programme impact.
• Represent SmartSTEMs at events, providing a welcoming and professional presence.
• Provide general administrative and communications support to the Programme team.

About the Role

As Programme Associate, you will play a vital part in delivering their growing calendar of SmartSTEMs events and projects. From helping coordinate logistics to supporting partners and volunteers, you’ll be on the ground making things happen and making a difference.
