Job summary

Junior Adventures Group at Christchurch Primary School, Bradford upon Avon is seeking enthusiastic Playworkers for casual/bank contracts with flexible hours. Earn up to £12.71 per hour plus holiday pay while supporting children in a safe, fun environment.

You will supervise and help deliver activities, assist with arrival, meals and sign-in/out, and follow safeguarding procedures. Prior experience is desirable but not essential, as DBS checks and references are required.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding procedures are required.
• Two satisfactory references, including one from the most recent employer.
• Ability to work flexible casual/bank shifts around availability.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise children in a safe, positive environment.
• Help deliver activities including sports, arts, crafts and play.
• Encourage participation and positive behaviour.
• Prepare and provide refreshments and assist with setting up and packing away.
• Complete sign-in/sign-out procedures and follow school procedures.
