Job summary

Farnley Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Casual Peripatetic Music Tutor (Voice) to inspire and develop young musicians across abilities. You will plan and deliver differentiated vocal lessons, support students’ musical growth and help them shine in examinations, concerts and performances.

You will nurture a love of music, foster confidence, and contribute to the academy’s musical life through performances and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge and expertise in vocal tuition.
• Experience delivering engaging and effective music lessons to young people.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• Passionate about music education and committed to enriching the musical life of the academy through performances and extracurricular activities.

The Farnley Academy is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational colleague for the role of Casual Peripatetic Music Tutor (Voice). This role is of significant importance to our academy and offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and develop young musicians across a range of abilities and experience levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, challenging and differentiated vocal lessons, supporting students in developing their musical skills, confidence and performance abilities. They will play a key role in nurturing a love of music, preparing students for examinations, concerts and performances, and helping every learner to achieve their full potential.
