Job summary

The Vale Resort in Pontyclun is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional for a temporary on-site role. The position involves general cleaning, laundry duties, and ensuring guest areas meet high cleanliness standards.

You will monitor maintenance issues, restock supplies, and follow hotel policies while providing excellent service during an overnight shift from 10pm to 6am. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during the shift.
• Willingness to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service

• Handle laundry duties, including folding and restocking linens.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is properly stored.
• Adhere to hotel policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Working flexibly overnight between the hours of 10pm & 6am.
