Job Description:

As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchens on the estate.

The Role

• Deep cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen units, benches, behind units, stores, shelving, walls, ovens, windows, fixtures, fittings, canopies, stoves, bins, and all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Understanding all cleaning systems and COSHH regulations before using any chemicals or cleaning substances.
• Adhering to the daily and nightly estate kitchen cleaning and sanitation checklists as directed by the SOC/Kitchen Manager, with checks and sign-offs at the end of each shift.

Shift Pattern

• This is a casual position, with up to 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and bank holidays, is required.
• Typical working hours are 10pm-7am.

Salary:

Up to £12.92 per hour plus tronc.
