Job summary

Triathlon Scotland is seeking a Leisure Attendant for Grangemouth Sports Complex. This casual role involves supervising the pool and changing areas, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service during shifts that include weekends and evenings.

You will respond to emergencies, maintain cleanliness, assist with activities, and welcome visitors. PVG membership and regular lifeguard training are required, with certificates verified at interview.

Qualifications

• Hold a current STA or RLSS Pool Lifeguard qualification — certificates will be verified at interview.
• Be able to attend regular training to maintain a pool lifeguard qualification.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience working with the public.
