Job summary

Falkirk Council invites applications for a Leisure Attendant to join the team on casual hours, providing safe supervision of the pool area and assisting customers with a friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Current STA or RLSS Pool Lifeguard qualification.
• Willingness to attend regular training to maintain lifeguard qualification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the pool and changing areas to ensure safety and order.
• Respond to emergencies and provide timely assistance.
• Assist with activities and events and welcome customers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue.
• Complete required training to maintain qualifications and support smooth facility operations.
