Job summary

The Goodwood Estate Company Limited is hiring Casual Housekeeping Attendants to help keep our hotel sparkling, with day and night shifts available. Rate of pay is £13.68 (under 21) to £14.24 (21+) per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.

You'll make up bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standard, keep guest areas immaculate, and deliver exceptional presentation for every guest arrival.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is a bonus but not essential.
• Reliable transport due to rural location.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a friendly manner.
• A real eye for detail and high standards.

Our Housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating unforgettable stays for our guests, ensuring every room feels like a home away from home. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Casual Housekeeping Attendants to help keep our hotel sparkling clean, tidy, and beautifully presented.

We're particularly keen to hear from individuals who can support our team with both day and night shifts. Night shifts typically run from 9:00pm to 5:30am, although we can offer some flexibility for casual team members and would welcome applications from those able to support our night operation, even on reduced hours.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating a welcoming space by making up bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standard
• Keeping guest areas immaculate through vacuuming, dusting, and tidying
• Taking pride in delivering exceptional presentation for every guest arrival

What we’re looking for

• Previous housekeeping experience is a bonus (but not essential)
• Reliable transport (our beautiful rural location is worth the trip!)
