Goodwood in Chichester is seeking Casual Housekeeping Attendants to help keep our hotel sparkling and welcoming. You will prepare bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standard, ensuring every space feels like a home away from home.

Night shifts from 9:00pm to 5:30am with flexibility for casual team members; day shifts also available. Reliable transport and a positive, team-oriented attitude are important as you support our housekeeping team in a rural, beautiful setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is a bonus but not essential.
• Reliable transport to rural location.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare bedrooms and bathrooms to high standards.
• Keep guest areas tidy through cleaning tasks.

Rate of pay: £13.68 (for under 21s) to £14.24 (for ages 21+) per hour. Rates are inclusive of holiday pay.

We're particularly keen to hear from individuals who can support our team with both day and night shifts. Night shifts typically run from 9:00pm to 5:30am, although we can offer some flexibility for casual team members and would welcome applications from those able to support our night operation, even on reduced hours.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating a welcoming space by making up bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standard
• Keeping guest areas immaculate through vacuuming, dusting, and tidying
• Taking pride in delivering exceptional presentation for every guest arrival

What we’re looking for

• Previous housekeeping experience is a bonus (but not essential)
• Reliable transport (our beautiful rural location is worth the trip!)
• A positive, can-do attitude with a friendly and polite manner
• A real eye for detail and a passion for high standards
• Team spirit and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Great organisational skills to keep things running smoothly
