Job summary

Millennium Hotels UK is seeking a Casual Housekeeping Assistant at Copthorne Hotel Newcastle to maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms, corridors and public areas, delivering excellent service for a memorable stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to company standards
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities
• Carry out regular deep-cleaning duties
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is maintained and in good working order
• Support environmentally responsible working practices
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Carry out general cleaning duties as required across the hotel

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
