Liverpool FC is seeking friendly, customer-focused staff to join our front-of-house team in Liverpool. You will welcome guests, conduct ticket checks, assist with access points, and escort guests to seating areas with professionalism. Welcome guests and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Carry out ticket checks, bag searches, and security wanding.
Escort guests to boxes, suites, and tables with professionalism.
Manage access points (doors, escalators, lifts) to ensure smooth guest flow.
Work closely with management, stewards, and safety teams.
Help create a safe, organised, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
We're looking for people who are:
A strict dress code applies (full uniform provided).
Must be aged 18 or over (required for this role).
This role requires you to complete a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (as required by the Sports Grounds Safety Authority).
This must be completed within 12 months of your first induction training.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
