Job summary

Liverpool Football Club is seeking a Casual Goalkeeping Coach to join the LFC Foundation. You will support and develop players within the group to reach high performance in a safe, supportive environment, while promoting a positive culture within the training group.

Responsibilities include delivering goalkeeping programmes, working with staff to support activation and injury prevention, maintaining facilities and records, and communicating with parents.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching young athletes in football environments.
• Understanding of child development (physical/psychological).
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of the Goalkeeping provision within the programme.
• Design and deliver individual and group goalkeeping sessions.
• Collaborate with staff to develop activation/prehab programmes and injury prevention.
• Manage facilities and equipment safely and maintain records as required by FA bodies.
• Communicate with parents on goalkeeping development, injuries, and lifestyle factors.
• Provide input at case management meetings and educate coaches in goalkeeping.
