The Role

Bar staff and food service staff are required to support our full-time teams across our busy food and beverage departments. You can choose to support Restaurant, Afternoon Tea, or wedding/function teams, making it possible for you to select your hours and the number of hours you work. You can change your hours weekly to accommodate your needs for work, extra income, and other commitments.

While previous customer service or food service experience is preferred, we welcome applications from enthusiastic and guest-focused candidates eager to learn.

Flexible hours are available, with regular weekend shifts throughout the year. This role is ideal for those seeking additional earnings or needing flexible shifts to fit around studies or other work commitments.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing the restaurant, bar, terraces, and function rooms for service
• Setting up and serving reception drinks and canapés for functions and events
• Serving food, drinks, and wines in various settings such as functions, restaurant, bar, and afternoon tea
• Processing payments for non-resident guests
• Restocking the bar and resetting areas at the end of service
• Clearing tables during service
