Job description

Liverpool Football Club are currently recruiting Casual Hospitality Hosts for our external venues on match days throughout the season. As a Casual Hospitality Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests at various off-site venues, including hotels and restaurants.

What will you be doing in the role?

• Greeting and welcoming match day guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Directing and escorting guests to their tables.
• Checking tickets and ensuring smooth transitions to seating.
• Assisting with any guest inquiries and alerting management to any issues during service.

We are looking for people who:

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Are comfortable interacting with guests in a friendly yet professional manner.
• Have previous front-of-house experience, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Can start at least 7 hours prior to kick-off due to the nature of the role.
• Are over 18, due to the nature of the role.

A strict dress code applies (all uniform will be provided).

This is a casual contract position, working variable hours across the week including evenings and weekends.
