Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a casual exam invigilator to support the running of public and internal examinations across the academic year. The role is part-time, with hours negotiated for each exam period, and no prior invigilator experience is required as full training is provided.

You should be computer literate, with good attention to detail and reliable timekeeping to ensure exams run smoothly and in compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and distribute papers and stationery.
• Advise candidates of exam conditions and supervise during exams.
• Observe students and ensure regulatory requirements are followed.
• Collect exam materials and leave rooms tidy after exams.
• Support ad hoc exam periods during November, January, February, March, May and June.
