Co-op Academies Trust in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an exam invigilator to join our team during the academic year. The role is casual with hours negotiated for each exam period and requires reliability, flexibility and good time-keeping.

Training will be provided and computer literacy is expected. You will support in preparing exam rooms, distributing papers, and supervising candidates while ensuring all procedures and regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and reliability required.
• Flexibility to work during exam periods.
• Excellent time-keeping during exams.
• Basic computer skills expected; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Prepare exam rooms and distribute papers and stationery.
• Advise candidates of exam conditions and procedures.
• Monitor students during exams and ensure regulatory requirements are followed.
• Collect exam materials after exams and leave rooms tidy.
