Job summary

Co-op Academy Strinesdale is seeking examination invigilators to support the running of public and internal examinations throughout the academic year. This casual contract offers flexible hours negotiated for each exam period and no prior invigilator experience is required as full training is provided.

Applicants should be able to work with accuracy, be reliable, and demonstrate good computer literacy. Availability during November, January, February, March, May and June is requested on an ad hoc

• Good attention to detail is essential.
• Flexible and reliable with excellent time-keeping.
• Experience not required; full training provided.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and distribute papers and stationery.
• Inform candidates of examination conditions and monitor sessions.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are followed during examinations.
• Collect examination materials and tidy rooms after exams.
• Be available on an ad hoc basis during November, January, February, March, May and June.
