Job summary

Winterstoke Hundred Academy is seeking Exam Invigilators to support during busy exam periods. This casual role offers flexible calls to work when required, under the Exams Officer to ensure JCQ-compliant exam delivery and a positive candidate experience.

The position requires you to follow procedures, interact well with students and staff, stay calm under pressure, and work both in a team and independently as needed. The academy values diversity and inclusion in its exam team.

Qualifications

Experience of understanding and following processes and procedure.
Excellent interpersonal, good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to keep calm under pressure or during unexpected circumstances.
Have a caring and understanding attitude, sensitive and responsive to the needs of our students.
The capabilities to work as part of a team but also under own initiative.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Exams Officer, assist in the efficient delivery of internal and external exams.
Ensure that the conduct of internal and external examinations takes place in accordance with JCQ regulations and academy procedures.
Ensure the candidates exam experience is a positive and supportive one; enabling that each candidate has an equal opportunity to demonstrate their abilities.
