Job summary

Liverpool Experience Campus is hiring a Casual Events Security Supervisor to lead security and stewarding teams during events at the Liverpool Campus. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating with event delivery teams, and enforcing security procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising security teams in a live events environment.
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security and Stewarding staff across the campus.
• Ensure security measures are performed per campus procedures.
• Liaise with Event and Front of House Managers.
• Deliver high standards of customer service to visitors.
• Brief teams on event floors and ensure kit and access control are managed.
• Report incidents accurately and coordinate with Control Room.
• Act as Health & Safety and Fire Safety advocate across the venue.
• Assist with pre/post-event checks and emergency response planning.
• Manage queue and crowd control plans during events.
