Argyll and Bute Council is inviting applications for a casual Health and Social Care Assistant within the Health and Social Care Partnership in Dunoon. The role involves assisting key workers with person-centred care planning, supporting residents with daily activities, and maintaining high standards of infection control.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, with flexible working arrangements where possible.

Competenze

• Experience in person-centred care planning for residents.
• Ability to follow support plans and record outcomes.
• Willingness to work shift work and weekends.
• Knowledge of infection control practices.

Mansioni

• Assist the key worker with person centred care planning for named individuals.
• Assist individuals with activities and personal tasks that are meaningful.
• Record outcomes and achievements in each resident's care plan.
• Deliver personal care and some domestic support, including shifts and weekends.
• Maintain infection control and a clean, homely environment.
