Job summary

RAFAKidz Cosford Nursery is seeking Casual Early Years Educators for RAFAKidz Nursery, RAF Cosford, Albrighton WV7 3EX. Casual roles offer flexible hours and the chance to join a caring team, with DBS checks on appointment and every three years thereafter.

Unqualified positions (£12.75/hr) sit beside Level 2 (£13.21/hr) and Level 3 (£13.80/hr) pay scales, depending on qualifications and duties. Prior childcare experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Casual Early Years Educators are sought with a genuine love of children, warmth, patience and a great sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Being hands on and creative with messy and outdoor play activities
• Helping with meals and snack times
• Keeping records on children’s progress and daily activities and adventures
• Maintaining highest standards of safety, cleanliness and hygiene
• Meet and greet families and build great relationships
• Be willing to learn from colleagues to understand EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
