Job summary

RAFAKidz Limited is seeking Casual Early Years Educators for RAFAKidz Nursery at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton (OX18 3LX). This casual position offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to create a warm, caring environment for young children in a supportive team.

Salary scales include Unqualified £12.75/hr, Level 2 £13.21/hr and Level 3 £14.83/hr. Prior experience is welcome but not essential; a love of children, warmth, patience and a good sense of humour are valued.

Being hands on and creative with messy and outdoor play activities
Helping with meals and snack times
Keeping records on children’s progress and daily activities and adventures
Maintaining highest standards of safety, cleanliness and hygiene
Meet and greet families and build great relationships
Be willing to learn from colleagues to understand EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
