Job summary

RAFAKidz Limited is seeking Casual Early Years Educators for RAFAKidz Nursery at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton (OX18 3LX). This casual position offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to create a warm, caring environment for young children in a supportive team.

Salary scales include Unqualified £12.75/hr, Level 2 £13.21/hr and Level 3 £14.83/hr. Prior experience is welcome but not essential; a love of children, warmth, patience and a good sense of humour are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
• A genuine love of children, warmth, patience, and a good sense of humour.
• Availability for casual shifts and DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on and creative with messy and outdoor play activities.
• Help with meals and snack times.
• Keep records on children’s progress and daily activities.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Meet and greet families and build relationships.
• Learn from colleagues to understand EYFS.
