DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central is looking for a Casual Meeting & Events Operative to join our front-line hospitality team in Glasgow. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering memorable guest experiences, this role could be for you.

As part of the events team, you’ll ensure rooms are presented, assist with last-minute changes, and coordinate with colleagues across departments to provide a seamless guest journey.

• Assist with equipment setup as required.

The Role:

• Ensuring all meeting and events rooms are well presented, clean and stocked with supplies
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience is delivered

Provide support for events, such as assisting with last minute changes, guest queries or technical support

• Ensure all equipment is set up correctly
