Hilton in Glasgow is seeking a part-time Banquets associate to assist with pre-event detailing, guest arrivals and coordinating group bookings. You’ll welcome guests, answer inquiries, and ensure VIP requests and event services run smoothly.

You'll provide phone support, maintain knowledge of hotel services, and uphold the high hospitality standards Hilton is known for, all while enjoying flexible shifts, on-site meals, and generous holiday allowance.

• Manage pre-arrival details: Confirm reservations, assign accommodations, and fulfill special requests prior to guest arrival
• Coordinate group arrivals: Organize and oversee tour and pre-assigned arrivals to ensure a seamless experience
• Delight our guests: Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards
• Provide phone support: Answer and route incoming calls, maintain call logs, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
