Job summary

Leisure Solutions Community Trust (LSCT) in Milton Keynes is seeking a Fitness Instructor to motivate members, deliver engaging fitness sessions, and provide tailored coaching that creates lasting impact.

You’ll help build a welcoming, community-focused gym environment, onboard new members, and deliver programmes that support healthier lifestyles. DBS checks apply and opportunities for progression exist.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of fitness programming and coaching techniques.
• Passion for helping others achieve health and wellbeing goals.
• Confidence delivering group sessions and engaging with a wide range of members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging group fitness, small group training, and personalised coaching sessions.
• Support members with tailored health and fitness programmes aligned to their goals.
• Track member progress, monitor attendance, and adapt programmes to drive results.
• Carry out health and fitness assessments, including body composition and cardiovascular testing.
• Provide expert guidance on safe and effective use of gym equipment.
• Create a clean, safe, and motivating gym environment while delivering excellent customer service.
