Serco Leisure is hiring a Fitness Instructor for Tunbridge Wells. This casual, zero-hour role involves delivering engaging group fitness sessions and personalised coaching to help members reach their wellbeing goals, within a welcoming community environment.

You will onboard new members, deliver tailored programmes, monitor progress, and ensure safety and high-quality service across the gym.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is essential.
• Strong understanding of fitness programming and coaching techniques.
• Passion for helping others achieve health goals.
• Confidence delivering group sessions and engaging with members.
• Proactive, personable approach with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging group fitness, small group training, and personalised coaching sessions.
• Support members with tailored health and fitness programmes.
• Track member progress, monitor attendance, and adapt programmes to drive results.
• Carry out health and fitness assessments, including body composition and cardiovascular testing.
• Provide expert guidance on safe and effective use of gym equipment.
• Create a clean, safe, and motivating gym environment with excellent customer service.
