Cardiff Metropolitan University is seeking a Junior Sport Tennis Casual Coach to support the Tennis Junior programme within Cardiff Met Sport. You will work with the Lead Coaches to deliver high-quality coaching and help participants develop tennis skills across age groups.
Experience in sport coaching, customer care, and a Level 1 tennis coaching qualification are essential. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a commitment to high standards within a values-driven university environment.
Our Junior Sport Tennis Casual Coach is a key team member for Junior Sport / Sport Systems team, and associated areas of Cardiff Met Sport. They assist with the delivery of the Tennis Junior sports programme (Cardiff Met Junior Tennis) and ensure that the needs of participants are met.
You’ll lead the way by:
You’ll use your previous experience of coaching & working within a sport coaching environment and understanding of the importance of customer care to provide an outstanding service to our Tennis participants. Your knowledge of industry standards and national governing body policies will ensure that our Tennis programmes are both safe and of the highest standards.
