The position focuses on sickness and holiday cover, delivering reliable cleaning services to our clients. You will follow health and safety requirements, receive mandatory training, work in a team or independently as needed, and help build strong customer

• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and work independently as needed.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
