Job summary

Parkwood Leisure Limited is seeking a casual Class Exercise Instructor to cover a range of classes including Indoor Cycling, Pilates, Zumba, Aqua Aerobics, Dancercise, Body Pump, Body Balance, Circuit and HIIT.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service excellence, and delivering high-standard sessions that meet member expectations. You will need Exercise to Music Level 2 and the ability to engage clients and colleagues while offering reliable hours as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in the class subject being taught.
• Exercise to Music Level 2.
• Ability to gain acceptance and respect from clients and teams.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, clients and employees.
• Ability to communicate at different levels and listen as well as direct.
• Ability to work additional hours when required.
• Demonstrate clear identification with customer requirements.
• Commitment to good employee relations and delivering quality training.
• Motivation and enthusiasm when teaching the session.

We are looking to appoint a casual class instructor to help cover the following classes:

Primary objectives for the Class Exercise Instructor will be:

• To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody participating in the class.




• To promote excellence of customer service and motivate people to enjoy exercise through good communications and selling skills.




• To run classes of a high standard and produce the desired outcomes for all members taking part in the class.

The Person

• The successful post holder will have knowledge and skills in the class subject being taught.




• Exercise to Music Level 2
