Ashberry Recruitment is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to assist young people in Burnley and surrounding areas. The role involves supporting residents in homes, on weekends and nights, with shifts across days, evenings and sleeps as needed.

Experience in children's homes is preferred; NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care is advantageous but not essential. DBS checks and right-to-work are required. Earn competitive, timely pay under Agency Worker Regulations.

• Willingness to work across 7 days, including weekends, days, evenings, nights and sleeps.
• Must be dependable, adaptable and committed to safeguarding young people.
• DBS checks and right to work will be required before deployment.
