Job summary

Ashberry Recruitment is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in Bacup and surrounding areas. You will work with young people in the care system, across a 7-day rotation including weekends, days, evenings, nights and sleeps.

Prior experience in children’s homes is valued; NVQ Level 3 Residential Child Care is advantageous but not essential. We offer competitive rates of pay and a focus on Safer Recruitment, with pre-employment checks and DBS as standard.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a children’s home or leaving care environment.
• NVQ Level 3 Residential Child Care is advantageous but not essential.
• Available at short notice across 7 days, including weekends, days, evenings, nights & sleeps.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to young people residing in the care system across Bacup and surrounding areas.
• Be dependable, reliable and committed to timely service.
• Adhere to safer recruitment policy and complete pre-employment checks including right to work and DBS.
