Job summary

Ashberry Recruitment is seeking Residential Support Workers for Lancaster and surrounding areas, to support young people in care. Roles require flexibility to work across days, evenings, nights and sleeps, including weekends, on short notice.

Experience in children’s homes or leaving care is valued. An NVQ Level 3 Residential Child Care qualification is advantageous but not essential, and candidates will be kept busy and paid promptly according to agency terms.

• Available across 7 days to include weekends, days, evenings, nights & sleeps.
