People, Place and Participation Ltd is building a pool of Casual Childcare Support Workers to provide fun, safe and engaging childcare during community training sessions, workshops and meetings in Oxford. The role offers flexible hours based on sessions as they arise.

Ideal candidates will have experience with young children and a commitment to inclusive, welcoming spaces. You will support children, families and activity leaders while ensuring safety and supervision.

We're recruiting a pool of Casual Childcare Support Workers to provide fun, safe and engaging childcare during community training sessions, workshops and meetings.

This is a flexible, casual role based primarily at Flo's – The Place in the Park and Ark-T, with sessions offered as they arise.
