Accor in London is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable Casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a flexible basis.

You will run your designated section, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, and working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience. This role offers variable hours and a chance to contribute to a vibrant Accor kitchen environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day running of your designated kitchen section.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency during busy service periods.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and maintain effective stock rotation.
• Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.
• Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive working environment.

Job Description

Contract: Casual / Flexible Hours
Hours: Variable hours, depending on business needs and availability
Pay: £15.26 per hour + Service Charge

You will be responsible for running your designated section, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, and working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, confident working in a busy kitchen environment and able to step into service with minimal supervision.
