Job summary

Sodexo Group in Manchester is seeking a Chef to support patient dining, manage a kitchen section and meet high quality standards.

You will prepare meals, uphold health and safety, COSHH, and hygiene rules, and deliver dietary meals for patients in a fast-paced environment while working as part of a purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience as a chef.
• Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cooking.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Clear, respectful communication and a strong team spirit.
• Food Safety level 2/3.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure health and safety, hygiene, COSHH, and fire safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
