Norse Care’s Woodlands, located near King’s Lynn in West Norfolk, is seeking a Casual Care Support Worker Nights to deliver person‑centred care and support for residents in a friendly, inclusive team. You will help with personal care, promote independence, and contribute to a safe, engaging living environment.

Join a team committed to high‑quality care, with funded training opportunities and enhanced weekend shifts. DBS checks are required, and sponsorship is not available.

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Woodlands:

Woodlands is our residential care home in the village of South Wootton, near King’s Lynn in West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
