Job summary

ARC is seeking a Casual Breakfast Chef to join Lingfield Marriott Hotel’s kitchen team. You will prepare and plate high-quality breakfast items, ensuring they are fresh, well-presented and aligned with brand standards.

You’ll manage stock, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to food safety guidelines while contributing to a smooth, guest-focused morning service. Experience in branded hotel kitchens and a Food Safety Certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a breakfast chef or in a hotel kitchen.
• Food safety knowledge and allergen awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality breakfast dishes.
• Keep breakfast stocked and replenished throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Follow food safety and health procedures and allergen controls.
• Assist with other kitchen services when needed.
