Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Commitment to a clean, hygienic kitchen and to food safety regulations.
• Good communication skills and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the breakfast buffet and replenish it during service.
• Assist with lunch and dinner service, and support conferences or events.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and food prep areas; follow safety regulations.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to ensure high-quality dishes and presentation.
