Job summary

The Mayfair Townhouse, part of Iconic Hotels & Resorts in London, is seeking a Casual Bartender to craft creative cocktails with speed and flair. You will join The Dandy Bar team, delivering service steps and maintaining high hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible 0-40 hour weeks, monthly pay, and a competitive hourly rate with tron and holiday pay are offered to support your experience and style in mixology.

Qualifications

• Experience in mixology and cocktail creativity.
• Previous bar experience required.
• Ability to upsell discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Make creative, tasty cocktails with ease and speed.
• Carry out cleaning of bar area and equipment regularly.
• Take orders confidently for spirits, wine, beer, and soft drinks.
• Deliver restaurant processes and standards consistently.
• Work well as part of a team and help where needed.
• Maintain very high standards of service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities of the Casual Bartender role

• Make creative, tasty cocktails with ease and speed
• Carry out cleaning of bar area and equipment on a regular basis
• Be confident in taking orders for spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks etc, taking every opportunity to maximise sales in a discreet and professional manner
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently
• Work well as part of a team and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
